From the items above, I love the chambray shirt and Java tunic dress. Here are few more new items that caught my attention:

Multistripe dolman-sleeve tee
Love the colors and easy slouchy fit for the summer, but it may turn out to be hot mess IRL.
Valentina patent pumps
Of course I love the Valentinas and the green is beautiful. The nude color is also pretty.
Telegram suede mini-satchel
I love the the color and shape of this satchel but I know from experience that the suede WILL get dirty rather quickly.
Cabochon fan earrings
I hope these earing are not 12 inches long. I like them even better in green.
5" short in arrowhead ikat
I do wear shorts and I love the 5" inseam. Many printed offerings have been 3" which I can do but it is borderline.
OGJM azalea bracelet

I do like this bracelet for summer, it looks like something from KJP but the price, ouch!

  1. Thank you for all your great reviews! I love the tunic on you. A word of caution about JC suede-a few years ago I had a navy(JC) sweater transfer color on to a pale suede(JC) handbag as well as last winter my Edie calf hair bag left a big smudge on the front of an ivory wool blazer. I will say this for JC customer service, they sent a new suede bag(I had a very nice PS at the time), but with the calf hair Edie, they told me I must have spilled a chemical solvent on it to cause the transfer. Whatever! I am highly suspect of that bright blue staying colorfast. Thankfully, none of my suede Kate Spade bags have had any problems.

    1. Hi David, thanks for the warning. I usually had the opposite problem, my denim rubbing off on my light suede bag, did not think it could be othe rway but you are right.

  2. I love the Valentinas but loathe patent shoes, fingers crossed non patent ones appear sometime, I'll treat myself to a pair before Christmas, they are so comfy and the perfect height for me now.

  3. Hi AJC
Appreciate your reviews! WOuld you say the Pom Pom COnfetti top runs TTS? Do you recall how it compares in fit to the Ultra eyelet shell? Looks like they have similar cut.
    TIA!

    1. I would say it fits TTS and about the same as eyelet shell with I think more room in the chest. Eyelet top gave me slight uniboob, but not this one. I think part of the reason is the neckline, which I like much better here.

  4. That tunic dress looking amazing on you, love the pattern. I have tried on so many of their trousers but they don't look good on me, shame because I love the patterns. Just bought a green sweater and a mint cardy from them, so happy with that

    1. ALW, I heard some bloggers like the fit of those pants better than other cafe capris, so you may want to give them a try.

  5. I tried the 5" shorts in arrowhead ikat and they were nice but I'll see if they hit deep sale. I don't like them enough to buy them any time soon. I also tried the linen colorblock sweater. It's totally sheer, I don't know how we're supposed to wear that, or where. I really liked it otherwise, great colors and shape and slouch. I guess a cami underneath, but who wants to do that? I bought the dotted chambray perfect shirt, but other than these things, nothing else really caught my eye this time.

    1. Thanks cate, I will wait for sale also but I think the print is great. I say no to sweaters that require a cami, it is ridiculous.

  6. thinkong about the linen colorblock tee - as it happens, I buy bras in different colors (same bra, same size, but different colors), so I have an almost-navy bra and a medium blue bra. I haven't seen the tee yet, do you think one of these bras would work so I wouldn't need to add a cami? I always suspect the "add a cami" thing is JC's way of making the consumer buy an additional item, so on principal I'd rather buy an extra bra.

    1. I think the same color bra would work but I am afraid you'd still see the belly area. Yes, J.Crew even wants us to buy a cami to go under cami..

  8. I own the original confetti top in white. It did not have the exposed zipper and has a cool pull tab/string to help one zip themselves up...LOVE. If you missesd the original though glad they have a trendier update of the top.

    1. I don't mind the zipper but I will wait for deep sale.

  10. I love your loves too and decided to get the polka dot chambray shirt. Good thing since my size is now backordered. You also look great in the pom pom top and printed pants. Heavy sigh ... I'll probably have to get that if it goes to a decent price. ;)
